As we discussed:

The tour will be Saturday, 17 May 08. We will meet at Thunder Bird Lanes Bowling Alley parking lot located just outside the base on the access road. I will pick you up there in a government vehicle. Around 10 folks would be best. If you have more, please let me know and I will get another van. No more than 20 please. We would like to keep the attendees to pilots or spouses. We discourage children younger than 13.

I will need the information at least 4 days prior to the tour (Monday,

12 May would be good). A cursory background check will be accomplished on each individual. I will let you know the status of the folks by Thursday prior to the tour.

Each person will need a picture ID the day of the tour.

Camera's are highly encouraged!

We will meet at 0730-0800. We will visit Radar Approach Control, Tower, and a static KC-10. We will complete the tour around noon and I will return you to your vehicles.
